How does Ware2Go work?

Ware2Go is a fulfillment and delivery platform that helps get your products to your customers in 2 days or less. To get started, provide us with your fulfillment and storage needs, and we will provide you with a warehouse within our trusted network that can accommodate your needs. Then, upload your inventory details, prepare an Advanced Shipment Notice, and send us your goods. When orders from your customers come in, just upload those details into our platform.

Where are the Ware2Go warehouses?

Our network of trusted fulfillment partners are nationwide. We guarantee 2 day delivery for every location, except for HI and AK, so you can rest assured that your customers are taken care of.

Do I need to commit to a certain amount of space? Are there volume minimums?

There are no minimums! You will be charged based on what you use. We can facilitate short-term and seasonal engagements, and you are welcome to ramp up or down usage as it fits your business.


How does the customer get inventory to a Ware2Go™ location?

You are responsible for getting inventory from you or your manufacturer to a Ware2Go™ facility, and the Ware2Go™ service can also help to coordinate freight or LTL shipments. Please email support@ware2go.co or call 1-855-927-3246 and we will do our best to help!

How do I track my inventory?

You can easily track your inventory in the Ware2Go™ portal. We provide downloadable up-to-date reports detailing quantity over time and across locations. We also regularly check inventory levels within our warehouses via cycle counts and will notify you of any discrepancies accordingly.

What is a unit / case / carton / pallet?


How much do you charge?

Our charges include a rate per pallet for receiving, a monthly rate for storage, and a bundled pick, pack and ship rate for orders.

What is dimensional weight?

It is the estimated weight calculated from the length, width and height of a package. We charge for outbound orders based on the size of the package (dimensions) when it is higher than the physical weight of the package.


Do you offer case or item pick and fulfillment?

We fulfill orders at the SKU level. A SKU can be defined for individual items or a case of items.

What services do you offer?

Ware2Go is a fulfillment and delivery platform offering turnkey, on-demand fulfillment services. This includes receiving and storing goods, pick and pack, and delivery to your customers in 2 days, guaranteed. When working with us, there are no long-term commitments, high-capital investments, or risk of choosing low quality warehouses.


Does your service offering include insurance?

Merchants are responsible for insuring their products for loss while at the warehouse. The transportation carrier may offer insurance on shipments to and from the warehouse. In addition, all orders are insured for up to $100 per package.


Are there any tax implications?

By placing your inventory in a warehouse within Ware2Go’s network, your company may be establishing Nexus in the state that the warehouse is located. You should consult with your own tax advisor to review possible tax implications.


How do I know I can trust Ware2Go™ warehouses?

Ware2Go only certifies high quality warehouses. Each warehouse is rigorously screened, inspected, and evaluated to ensure great service for you.

May I see the warehouse before shipping my goods?

Ware2Go™ service does the vetting and inspecting for you, so you don't have to worry about the hassle of evaluating a warehouse. We will provide photos and detailed information of your assigned warehouse(s) in our onboarding process.


What technology is included with Ware2Go?

Ware2Go provides a cloud-based warehouse management solution (WMS) to all of our customers, free of charge. This solution can be accessed by multiple users within your company to maintain visibility to all the operations occurring across your Ware2Go warehouses. Do I need to install anything?

No, we are a cloud-based platform that you can access on any web browser. You can get started in minutes - there is absolutely no required technical implementation cost.

Can Ware2Go integrate with other platforms?

Yes, we can help you integrate the Ware2Go platform with your ERP system, e-commerce platform or e-commerce marketplaces to streamline your order fulfillment processes.


Does Ware2Go offer freight options?

Yes, we do! Ware2Go is able to provide a full range of transportation and delivery services to customers, including small parcel, less than truckload (LTL), and full truckload (FTL). Depending on your business’s unique needs, we can easily connect you with the transportation option(s) you require.
