How do I setup ACH payments?

Provide your banking information through our platform. Once you've entered your account number and routing number, our payment provider Stripe will deposit two micro-deposits into your bank account. It will take 3-4 days for these micro-deposits to show up in your account. After they do, enter those two numbers into our platform to verify your account. Then, you're all done!

How do I access my invoice?

Simple! Invoices can be found in the "Invoices" section under "Your Account". Make sure you're logged in to be able to view them.

How do I dispute items on my bill?

Give us a call 1-855-927-3246 and we'll do our best to resolve!

What are the billable events and calculations behind the events?

These are detailed in the Pricing section.

How often am I billed?

You'll be billed about every two weeks, on the 1st and 15th of each month.

How long do I have to pay my bill?

All bills are due 30 days after the billing cycle ends.
