How do I send orders to the warehouse for fulfillment?

Easy! When logged in, navigate to the "Outbound" tab, then select "Import Orders" on the right hand side. From there, you'll be able to download an order upload template, fill it in with your order details, and re-upload into our platform.

Is there any integration for me to connect my ERP to the Ware2Go™ platform?

How do I know the 2 day shipping is going to reach my customers?

We guarantee 2 day delivery with the regions you specify, as long as your orders are placed before the warehouse's cutoff time.

Can I request special packaging being used for my outbound shipments?

Please email support@ware2go.co or call 1-855-927-3246 if you would like an estimate on what it would cost to meet your specific packaging needs.

Is there a limitation on the number of orders I can send daily and when I can send them?

No. However, if you have more than 75 orders to fulfill, we ask that you send orders through our platform in intervals throughout the day. This allows us to ensure that your orders are fulfilled to the highest standards and on time.

What kind of services do you offer?

Ware2Go is a fulfillment and delivery platform offering turnkey, on-demand fulfillment services. This includes receiving and storing goods, pick and pack, and delivery to your customers in 2 days, guaranteed. When working with us, there are no long-term commitments, high-capital investments, or risk of choosing low quality warehouses.

What are the order cutoff times?

Our order cutoff time is 3PM in the local warehouse time (LWT). Facilities on the west coast have a 12PM PDT cutoff time for next day orders.

What box sizes does Ware2Go offer?

We carry a variety of sizes and will always pack your products into the least number of smallest boxes.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged? How do I file a claim?

While we take every opportunity to ensure your customer has a flawless fulfillment experience, we understand that things do happen. When there is an issue, please reach out to us at email support@ware2go.co or call 1-855-927-3246 and we will do our best to make it right!

What if I need to edit or change an order after it has been submitted to the warehouse?

Timing is important! You can edit an order in the Ware2Go™ platform if the order has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already passed the "Processing" status, edits will not be allowed. If it is an emergency, please email support@ware2go.co or call 1-855-927-3246 and we will do our best.

What if I need to cancel an order?

How can I see the status of an order being processed?

Simply log into your Ware2Go™ account and click on the "Outbound" tab in the top navigation. From here, you'll be able to search the table by order number to view the live status.

How do I file an insurance claim for goods lost in transit?

This would be unfortunate! and we will help you file a claim. Each order is insured for up to $100 through our shipping partner UPS. please email support@ware2go.co or call 1-855-927-3246 and we will do our best.

What if the warehouse doesn't fulfill my customers order accurately?

All of our warehouse partners are thoroughly vetted for excellence and held to high standards of delivery. However, if a warehouse fails to meet your expectations, please let us know right away. We'll help relocate your inventory to a different facility.
